Customer: any natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with Top Outlet Deals.
Agreement: any agreement concluded via the webshop for the purchase of products.

These terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements concluded via the webshop.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
Article 4 – The Offer

All offers are without obligation and subject to availability.

Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded once the customer receives an order confirmation.

The entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse orders in case of incorrect data or suspicion of misuse.
Article 6 – Prices & Payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed before checkout.

Payment must be made using the available payment methods.
Article 7 – Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are indicative and not binding.

Delay does not entitle the customer to compensation.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal & Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receipt without stating a reason.

Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense.

Opened, used, damaged, or non-original packaging returns may be refused.

After correct receipt, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
Article 9 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that:

Cannot be returned for hygienic reasons once opened;

Are damaged or used by the customer.
Article 10 – Liability

The entrepreneur is not liable for indirect or consequential damage.

Liability is limited to the value of the order.
Article 11 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time.

Complaints will be handled within 14 days where possible.
